Saving the world

For the past two weeks pretty much everytime I come to Niko’s someone is playing this smashbrothers saving the world fighting everyone game. And if nobody is playing, they are letting the computers play. Yeah…that’s not a joke. So as I’m sitting here in a dark room, cause light apparently puts a glare on the TV and is to distracting, while Niko and Jakob are playing this game. fun. So in my boredom writing a pointless blog was the best thing I could think of.

2 finals down, 1 to go, Saturday at 330…great. But then after that I’m done!

So my summer (thanks to Gretchen) 🙂 Is Big Stuf leader, planning trips to Haiti (which would be over the top amazing! I’m totally in Gretchen! ) and Target with Gretchen, Sarah, and Meghan…also very excited about that! So the last..pretty important part is a job. I need a new car, and to get that I need money. I’m brainstorming a job that could possibly pertain to photography, which is best case scenario, but who knows. I just need a job.

Back to watching Jakob save the world..fun times.

Hopefully I will remember to use Niko’s computer tomorrow to make my page a little more fun to look at! How can I be an art major and have such a boring page?

3 more finals and 6 days and my life will be wonderful again! Summer…ahh can’t wait!

I’m really kind of struggling with the fact that I am staying in Kokomo this summer. Don’t get me wrong, I love the fact that I’m going to be with all of my friends, but it’s still kind of hard. I have spent the last two summers in Africa (South Africa, Zambia, and Kenya) and it was above and beyond amazing. And this summer, mainly because of school. I decided it was not the best time to go. Plus Thursday I found out that the class I had to stay here to take, was cancelled. So now I have no clue what my summer looks like. And now that I can’t take that class it puts me back yet another year. So I’m basically going to be in undergrad long enough that I could have went to medschool. great. but I’m trying not to let it get to me. I’m going to be doing something I love and it will all work out eventually…I hope. Suggestions for the summer are welcome…anyone leaving the country…need an extra person to go? ha, but really I do need a job so if anyone has an idea that would be great.

And it begins…

Well it happened. I decided there was no point in fighting it anymore, I knew it would happen eventually so I gave in. I’m officially a “blogger” again. nice. So does this mean I’m cool, trendy, or just simply a conformist who was suckered in? Either way I caved. I am oddly reminded of being 16 and writing in my livejournal about getting my license, working at Sonic, starting my senior year of highschool. wow…I feel old. That seems like a life time ago. And now I’m about to finish my junior year of college. unreal.

It’s the Saturday before finals week…maybe I should study…but probably won’t.

Hopefully this blog won’t be quite as embarrassing in 5 years looking back on it, as my livejournal is but it probably will
